Wieser Electric, a family-owned business in Kingston, Ontario, has been proudly serving the community since 2017. We provide a variety of electrical services, including residential, commercial, and emergency services. As our business grows, we’re looking to add an Office Assistant to our team.

What we are looking for:

  • Attention to detail and punctuality are essential.
  • An organized, proactive self-starter who takes good notes and ensures important things get done.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in an often fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls, managing appointments, and dispatching electricians.
  • Maintaining our online presence by responding to reviews and inquiries.
  • Customer invoicing and follow-up.
  • Assisting with paperwork and office support.
  • Light cleaning and other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields from a Canadian institution.
  • Proficiency in Mac and PC.
  • Open to learning new software and programs.
  • Knowledge of the electrical industry and electric vehicles is a plus.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is an asset.
  • Punctuality: Be prepared to start work at your designated time, ensuring smooth operations.
