We’re seeking a qualified sales manager who can help generate sustained company revenue with their own sales skills as well as leadership of a team of driven sales executives. The ideal sales manager has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We’re looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales executives while building and maintaining a high-performance team.

Objectives of this role

 

-          Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings

-          Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them

-          Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales executives

-          Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts

-          Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives

-          Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships

Territory

 

Active presence across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Exact Territory will be defined during onboarding.

Job Description

-          Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach

-          Generate new sales from a portfolio of market sectors and accounts to achieve annual sales targets.

-          Identify new potential projects across the allocated geographical area and implement sales activities.

-          Provide customers and potential customers with information about company products and services.

-          Monitor customer feedback about the offered solutions and products to ensure we are the preferred vendor and capitalize on the opportunity.

-          Routinely meet customers to ensure satisfaction and address any potential issues appropriately.

-          Be the ultimate responsibility for all proposals and tender submittals.

-          Maintain market awareness (clients, competitors, suppliers) activities & their offerings and use/report any relevant information to optimize company positioning and business development strategy.

-          Liaise with presales and technical team and act as a liaison between customer & presales & technical on issues relating to proposal preparation, queries, on-time proposal submission, delivery, installation, and project completion/maintenance.

-          Recruit sales executives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance 

-          Maintain all required records of sales activities and use of Company CRM appropriately.

-          Attend weekly sales meetings, and prepare and submit internal monthly KPIs, weekly reports, forecasting, and other routine reports on a timely basis as requested.

-          Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the pre-sales process, addressing inquiries and concerns.

-          Ensure good relations are maintained with customers and all staff members at all levels.

-          Adherence to the Quality Management System procedures, including CRM compliance and its performance.

-          Account management by maintaining client relationships and renewing existing contracts.

-          Update and maintain client contacts and contract records.

-          Protect the organization’s values and business interests by keeping information confidential.

Qualifications

-          Education level min bachelor’s in engineering field (Electronics, Electrical, Communication or related field)

-          The candidate should be self-motivated, disciplined, and possess excellent communication skills.

-          Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting

-          Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing

-          Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

-          Superb leadership ability

-          Ability to travel at least 20% of the time

-          Proficient in the English language.
