Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead our team as a Wig Shop Manager. As the manager of our wig shop, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of shop operations, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and a passion for the beauty industry.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and supervise shop staff, including sales associates and wig stylists.
    • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to ensure staff members meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and professional growth.
  • Sales and Revenue Management:
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
    • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Lead by example by actively engaging with customers, providing product recommendations, and closing sales.
    • Set sales goals and incentives for staff members and provide support to help them achieve targets.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
    • Ensure that all customers receive prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance from staff members.
    • Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.
    • Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and build customer loyalty.
  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the wig shop, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintenance of the shop environment.
    • Monitor inventory levels, place orders with suppliers, and ensure timely receipt and stocking of merchandise.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses, and prepare regular reports for management.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive traffic and increase sales.
    • Utilize social media platforms and other marketing channels to engage with customers, showcase products, and promote the shop's brand.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a beauty-related or specialty retail environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and other retail software.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
