310S Automotive Service Technician/Mechanic Apprentice (2nd or 3rd Yr) Opportunity

in London/Ingersoll Ontario 

 

Must be a Level 2 or 3 Registered Apprentice (310S Automotive Service Technician) 

 

Applicants must have valid G drivers license.

A well established, NAPA AUTOPRO in the Ingersoll area is looking for an experienced 2nd or 3rd year apprentice to join the team. With over 40 years of operation, this state-of-the-art facility is a great location to further your automotive career. This position is perfect for a dedicated apprentice that is eager to learn in a collaborative atmosphere, using the newest technologies.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Inspect vehicle for defects and required repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs (replace broken and/or worn out vehicle parts)
• Assist service technicians with services and repairs
• Use appropriate tools and test equipment
• Maintain maintenance and repair logs/records
• Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy workshop
• Other duties as required

 

Requirements:

• Level 2 or 3 registered 310S Automotive Service Technician Apprentice
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Ontario G driver's license
• Previous experience a must
• Ability to bend, reach, walk, and stand for long periods of time
• Attention to detail
• Must be a team player
• Access to some of your own tools is an asset

 

License/Certification:

• Valid Ontario G driver's license

 

Job Types: Full-time

 

Work hours will be:

• Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Friday, 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.
