The Store Support Centre for Charm Diamond Centres (CJ Limited) is looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Experience Specialist at our location in Dartmouth, NS.

This Customer Experience Specialist interacts with our online customers and our customers for our brick-and-mortar stores to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. In addition, they will:

Process customer service requests by phone, email, and live chat
Maintain customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
Resolve customer complaints, manage database records, and coordinate service
Troubleshoot customer problems
Receive and send written correspondence
Handle stressful situations in an appropriate and respectful manner
Collaborate with other departments and team members
Provide accurate and friendly customer service in a timely fashion

Required Skills:

2+ years of past relevant experience
Dedication to providing outstanding customer service
Written communication - must be able to compose clear, concise, and coherent emails & chat messages
Verbal communication - must be able to listen and respond effectively to customers
The ability to work independently
Demonstrated experience performing research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Office administrative skills, accurate keyboarding, and data entry skills
Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
Computer savvy with a proven ability to navigate email, multiple computer systems, and customer service applications, and to utilize search tools to find information
