Our focus on delivering client based auto service has us expanding our operations and in search of a reservationist professional with strong organization and people skills. The role will have the successful candidate contacting clients, managing client’s reservations, taking all incoming phone calls, creating daily invoices, advise customers of recommended services as per vehicle maintenance schedule, submit warranty claims, submit promotional rebates on behalf of customers, work closely with service advisors to ensure excellence in customer service, be able to assist advisors in processing and receiving payments, provide excellence in customer service, and working efficiently in a fast paced environment.
