We are seeking a Tax Manager who is also a skilled and experienced Oregon Licensed Tax Preparer to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about helping our team and clients navigate their tax needs and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide final review of prepared tax returns from our tax preparer team.
• Prepare and review individual tax returns of some of our individual and business clients.
• Provide expert answers to client tax questions with professionalism and accuracy.
• Respond to tax letters and notices on behalf of clients or delegate to the appropriate preparer.
• Take on additional duties as needed to support the team and enhance client service.

Qualifications 

• Active Oregon Tax Preparer License (required).
• At least 4 years of hands-on tax preparation experience.
• Feels comfortable completing schedules C & E
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Position Details 

• Employment Type: Full-Time, Year-Round 
• Location: 1020 Molalla Ave., Ste A, Oregon City, OR 97045-Must work onsite.
• Compensation: Salary beginning at $60,000 and based on experience, plus benefits
