We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for numbers and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you! As a Junior Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly. This position offers and excellent opportunity to grow your skills while contributing to the success of our organization. Base salary: $75,000

Key Responsibilities: 

• Journal Entries & Financial Updates: Post journal entries and update financial statements with accuracy and efficiency. 
• Accounts Receivable: Maintain accounts receivable records, document bills, and organize supporting documentation. 
• Accounts Payable: Process invoices, ensure timely payments, confirm the validity of debts, and obtain necessary approvals. 
• Payroll Management: Gather payroll expenses and input them into appropriate accounting entries; ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursement. 
• Financial Reporting: prepare financial reports, analyze financial statements, and create balance sheets to assist in strategic decision-making. 
• Budget Preparation: Collaborate with senior management to prepare quarterly budgets and track financial performance. 
• Accounting Software Management: Update and maintain financial records using QuickBooks, Xero, or similar. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,, or a related field preferred. 
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
• CPA certification is a plus but is not required
