STATUS: Full-time, permanent, 37.5 hours per week 

out-of-scope, non-management 

PAY BAND: $54,290 - $65,148

JOB SUMMARY:  

Reporting to the Director of Film Finance and Economic Reporting, the Program Coordinator assists the team of Creative Saskatchewan (the “Agency”) with the delivery of the Agency’s programs.

As part of the Film Department, you’ll be pleased to lend a hand with a variety of administrative support tasks around the office. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Duties will include, but not be limited to, the following: 

 

Programs Support 

 

  • Assist with grant recipient communications and follow-up; 
  • Coordinate grant and equity program assessment panels; 
  • Compile results of grants assessment panels and communicate results to applicants; 
  • Assist the Director of Film Finance and Economic Reporting and the Program Manager with day-to-day needs;  
  • Conduct research and extract data from applicant files to measure KPIs; 
  • Coordinate the operation and improvement of the Agency’s online Grant Management System (GMS) as a system administrator; 
  • Review incoming grant applications and final reports; 
  • Assist with administrative tasks; 
  • Coordinate and assist the Film Department with both live events and online webinars; 
  • Front-line client engagement (phone calls and walk-ins); 
  • Capture minutes and action items in team meetings; 
  • Respond to day-to-day office needs;  
  • Assisting in the implementation of the agency’s IDEA (Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility) strategy; 
  • Provide support to the Soundstage and Locations Coordinator.  

 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:  

The Program Coordinator requires knowledge, skills and abilities in the following areas to be successful:

  • Proficiency with MS Office suite and Records Management software

Formal education and/or professional experience in the creative industries is a significant asset.
