Avanti Green Eco Cleaning in Las Vegas and Henderson, NV, is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with superb communication skills and the ability to learn quickly. This position requires a team player with a great attitude who is looking for a good company to work and grow. The ideal candidate would be reliable, have integrity, willing to learn and grow.

MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Prior experience in admin work is a must (we’ll train, but this is not an entry level position.)
Self-motivated with good follow-up skills and ability to coordinate with the rest of the team
Candidate is a star taking the initiative
Proficient (very comfortable) with emailing, speaking on the phone, using Microsoft Office products: Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferably fluent bilingual (both written and oral communication): English/Spanish
Positive attitude and ability to take instruction and corrections
Must have reliable transportation
High school diploma/Associate degree preferred
Experience with dispatching a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

Help create cleaners’ schedules
Convert one-time clients into recurring customers
Actively respond to client communication shared over the phone, text, email, and social media
Solicit 5-star reviews from our clients once a job is done
Provide support to our clients via our software
Assist with billing
Provide support to our cleaners via WhatsApp
Work to keep sales pipeline organized and robust

LOCATION: 1527 Shadow Mountain Pl, Las Vegas, NV 89108

SALARY: $16 during training period and $17.50 once trained
