Role: Production Planning Manager

Reports to:  Director of Production Planning.

Located at: Works remotely, with requirements to be onsite at co-manufacturing partners on an as needed basis.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement required business metrics to support the monitoring of 3rd party facilities for conformance against established product specifications and adherence to regulatory and business requirements.
  • Monitor yields and invoicing from designated 3rd party facilities to ensure production processes remain within target control ranges and overall costs remain in line with target expectations.
  • Complete assigned monthly business reporting within required timelines.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations regarding new opportunities and/or issues.
  • Support Senior Management in the development and execution of operational strategies.
  • Lead project workstreams and initiatives focused on driving the key priorities of the business.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited structure or direct supervision.
  • Demand planning experience is desired, but not mandatory.
  • Moderate Excel and Word skills.
