Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately to process customer transactions
• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to all customers.
• Collaborate with other staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide fast, friendly, and efficient customer service.
• Pump gas for customers safely.
• Set up and take down merchandise displays.
• Handle and clean the meat deli area according to hygiene standards.
• Scoop and serve ice cream while maintaining cleanliness.
• Complete daily tasks and assist with additional duties as needed.
• Clean and stock the store to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Stand for long periods and lift items up to 50 lbs as required.
• Address any issues that arise during your shift and escalate to the manager when necessary.
• Supervise 2-3 other staff at a time.

Benefits:

• Extended health care (available for employees working a minimum of 32 hours per week)

Schedule:

• 8 to 9 hour shifts
• Day shifts, night shifts, and weekends

Experience:

• Customer service experience preferred (minimum 1 year)
