 Salary: $22–$25/hour (based on experience) + Bonus Incentives
 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (9-hour day shift)

What You’ll Do
A Service advisor acts as a liaison between customers who need repairs and technicians who will perform them.

  • Welcome and greet customers and discuss their service needs
  • Generate accurate service estimates.
  • Explain the diagnosis and work recommendations. 
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments with technicians
  • Communicate repair progress and timelines with clients
  • Finalize service orders and handle payments.
  • Review repair orders with customers.
  • Maintain customer records and follow up post-service
  • Help create a welcoming, informed, and professional shop experience

What You Bring

  • Experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role
  • Understanding of automotive systems (light-duty diesel experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Must have a positive attitude, be punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
  • A team-first mindset with a passion for customer service
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with automotive software
