We are currently hiring a Screener/Loader Operator to join our dynamic team at our Commercial Distribution Centre in Rocky View, AB. This is a seasonal position (May to November) with full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Position Summary
Do you take pride in delivering efficient, high-quality work? Join us in operating our Tyalta 621 Trommel Screening Plant and Komatsu 380 Loader to produce soil mixes at our location and various other sites throughout Calgary. We’re looking for reliable, hard-working individuals who are passionate about working outdoors in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Tyalta 621 Trommel Screening Plant and Komatsu 380 Loader at our site and occasionally at off-site locations.
• Follow directions provided by dispatch and management.
• Load products for customers from product piles while delivering excellent customer service.
• Communicate with dispatch when loading from pits.
• Produce large volumes of screened soil daily.
• Perform routine maintenance and daily equipment inspections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience operating screeners and loaders.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Experience operating water trucks, hoses, and valves.
• Physically able to climb on/off equipment and work long shifts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in coordination with dispatch, drivers, and site managers.

Important: Applicants must have their own transportation, as there is no access to public transit in the area.

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive wage: $35.00/hour, with overtime available.
• Monday to Friday
• Seasonal employment: May to November, with potential for extended work depending on performance and business needs.
