As Office Manager, you’ll be the go-to for keeping our team organized and on track. From coordinating schedules to managing paperwork and supporting operations, your role is key to keeping things moving smoothly as we scale.

As a key front-facing part of the PCE Team, you’ll be the friendly face and steady hand that keeps our operations running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll handle the day-to-day office coordination, support our growing team, and help create a welcoming and organized work environment.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greet visitors and answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage office supplies, mail, deliveries, and general office upkeep
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and staff, including scheduling and document preparation
  • Assist with onboarding tasks and HR recordkeeping
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and help organize company events
  • Maintain digital and paper filing systems
  • Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with basic bookkeeping and reporting tasks
  • Ensure the office operates efficiently and employees have the support they need

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in office administration or a similar role
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a growing, fast-paced company
  • Comfortable maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
  • Experience with bookkeeping or HR administration is a strong asset
