We’re hiring a Plant Shift Supervisor to oversee daily production, leading plant operators, and ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently and support a small team. This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing clean-tech company — perfect for someone ready to take initiative and grow with us.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Oversee shift operations to ensure consistent production flow and quality output.

Operate and monitor equipment including tractors, forklifts, grinders, screeners, balers, and other processing machinery.

Identify production bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, including PPE and dust control standards.

Review daily equipment checks and report mechanical or safety concerns.

Keep the plant neat, organized, and running smoothly.

Complete daily shift reports and assist with incident reporting, maintenance requests, and investigations.

Collaborate with operators, truckers, suppliers, and support staff to keep things moving.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.

Valid Class 5 driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract.

Strong organizational skills and a safety-first attitude.

Able to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).

Physical ability to lift 40 lbs

Maintenance experience

Technical problem solving

Comfortable working flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Basic computer skills for reporting and communication.
