We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Class 5 Water Truck Driver to safely operate a water truck in our yard and off-site. This role involves physically demanding work and requires a strong commitment to quality and efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a 20' single axle water truck to water trees and shrubs at our site and other locations.
  • Maneuver long, heavy water hoses to various watering sites and load them onto the truck.
  • Perform daily equipment checks and routine maintenance.
  • Follow all safety protocols and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, fellow drivers, the Operations Manager, and clients to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
Required:

  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
  • Proficiency in driving large trucks in potentially confined areas.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy water hoses continuously.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Important Notes:

  • Applicants must have reliable personal transportation, as there is no public transit available in this area.
  • The role requires availability for long workdays, with occasional overtime as needed.
