What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Leading and mentoring our skilled team of technicians and service advisors, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction, from initial contact to vehicle pickup.
  • Managing daily shop operations, including scheduling, workflow, and quality control.
  • Overseeing service write-ups, estimates, and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Monitoring and achieving service department goals for efficiency, profitability, and customer retention.
  • Implementing and maintaining safety protocols in the workplace.
  • Staying current with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our services.
  • Collaborating with the owner/management to drive overall business success.
