Here we grow again!  GEO Nova Scotia is eagerly seeking to fill a new role in the organization, the Partner Support Lead, to help support our growing network of partner organizations and our new social enterprise, GEO for Nonprofits. 

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a purpose-led organization, and the successful candidate will play an important part in delivering Digital Inclusion programming as part of a dynamic team

Position Responsibilities

 

The Partner Support Lead will work closely with the Program Partnership Manager to:

 

  • Collect/update partner information, maintain/update database and website;
  • Provide program support and information to Referral Partner organizations;
  • Develop Referral Program partner standards and partner assessment tools;
  • Maximize participation among partners in Digital Champions programs;
  • Oversee Program Partnerships;
  • Promote GEO for Nonprofits/ outreach to potential clients;
  • Develop and update product and service selection; and
  • Drive GEO for Nonprofits sales and revenue growth while building on GEO’s reputation.

Education & Experience 

  • Excellent communication skills are required; speaking, writing and listening.
  • Fluency with standard computer technology is required
  • Comfort with business and data management applications is an asset
  • Sales/ customer service experience is an asset
  • Experience in the nonprofit sector is an asset
  • Experience with Google Workspace & Salesforce is an asset 
  • Grade 12 High School diploma or equivalent is required

The Package

Salary: $62,250 per year (fixed)

The compensation package includes three weeks of paid vacation plus 16 holidays per year (6 statutory and 10 non!), and cost-shared medical and dental benefits. Staff members are also provided a laptop and other equipment as needed. 

Details

GEO Nova Scotia staff must live in Nova Scotia. Depending on where they live, the Partner Support Lead will work primarily from home with the option to spend time at our office in downtown Dartmouth.

Full-time hours, generally Monday - Friday during business hours.
