We’re Hiring in Newmarket: 313A & 313D Licensed HVAC Technicians
We’re looking for both 313A Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanics and 313D Residential Air Conditioning Mechanics.
Key Responsibilities (313A – Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic)
Install, maintain, and repair commercial, industrial, and residential refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot large-scale cooling systems, chillers, and commercial refrigeration units.
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency and longevity.
Work with customers to recommend solutions and system upgrades.
Ensure compliance with safety codes and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities (313D – Residential Air Conditioning Mechanic)
Install, maintain, and repair residential air conditioning systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot home cooling issues.
Perform seasonal tune-ups and preventive maintenance for maximum efficiency.
Provide excellent customer service and explain repair/maintenance needs to homeowners.
Follow all relevant safety standards and guidelines.
For Both Roles
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Keep accurate service records and documentation.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members and apprentices.
