Member Sales and Services, reporting to the President
Based in the GTA, available to travel within Ontario, experience in sales and customer service and/or the construction sector.
Serve as the internal specialist for sales systems and tools, ensuring their effective use and providing expertise and support to staff across the organization.
Remuneration to be determined based on experience.

Major Responsibilities:
Sales – setting and reaching geographic sales targets including:
Promoting OEL’s profile and benefits to the broader electrical sector stakeholders including potential members via direct approaches
Planning, leading and/or attending internal and external events for the electrical sector
Customer Service – setting and reaching customer service targets including:
Conducting annual Member Business Wellness meetings
Providing direct support to regional Members and Chapters
Working with and supporting OEL Chapter volunteers to ensure quality of local connections and events
Creating and maintaining external program partner relationships
