Part-Time Front Desk – Premium Pet Resort | $19/hr + Tips | Dog-Friendly Workplace
Location: Mount Pleasant Vancouver, BC
Hours: 9 AM–5 PM, up to 5 days/week (includes weekends/holidays)

At Jet Pet Olympic Village, we provide premium dog daycare and overnight boarding for cats and dogs. Our clients trust us to care for their pets like family. This is a part-time, career-focused role for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and has a genuine love for animals. There is the opportunity for the right candidate to grow to Full Time.
What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
- Help clients choose services, prepare quotes, and book stays
- Handle calls, emails, SMS, and social media inquiries efficiently
- Confirm bookings and keep clients updated throughout their pets’ stay
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and client file updates
- Offer tours to potential clients and make excellent first impressions
- Post daily photos and videos of pets online
- Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Support the team with additional operational tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Highly organized and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Detail orientated- comfortable working with
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Has pet care experience (dogs and cats)
- Calm under pressure and confident handling challenges
- Customer service or sales experience required
- Strong tech and communication skills
- Willing to obtain Pet and Human First Aid & CPR certification
- Loves animals and treats every pet as their own
