**Key Responsibilities:**

- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to ensure a seamless experience.

- Assist in the development of FAQs and support documentation to enhance customer experience.
- Participate in training and development sessions to improve skills and service quality.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a digital or remote setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
