**Key Responsibilities:**

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring all interactions adhere to company standards.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and general inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system for future reference and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve personal skills and product knowledge.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a chat support environment, is preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity, tone, and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with grace.
- Proficiency in using chat software, CRM systems, and other customer support tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
