Role Overview:
We are seeking an Appointment Setter spending 75% of your day dialing for potential clients through our ZOOMINFO account. This is a fast paced dynamic OUTBOUND CALLING job. You'll be expected to make at least 75 - 100 dials per day looking to speak with business decision makers. This role is crucial in connecting businesses with solutions they need, setting qualified appointments, and supporting the sales team’s success by ensuring the prospect is indeed interested in attending the sales demo appointment.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound calls to targeted industries with professional and respectful conversations.
Become proficient with our account of Zoominfo Systems & CRM we'll provide for you.
Strongly qualifying prospects who agree to meet with our sales team.
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from prospective clients.
Use call guides effectively, adapting naturally to prospect needs.
Track conversations, follow up diligently, and maintain accurate records in CRM.
Collaborate closely with sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Contribute positively to a supportive, team-first work environment.

Compensation:

Base salary: $42,000 – $48,000 CAD/year, depending on experience.
Performance-based bonuses for booked appointments and qualified leads: potential $5,000 – $12,000 CAD/year.
