Now Hiring: Reliability Engineer

We’re seeking a hands-on, driven Reliability Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring the performance and reliability of our embedded systems deployed across North America’s railways.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop firmware for low-power, resource-constrained, real-time embedded systems.
Debug and enhance existing codebases.
Maintain, support, and document software functionality.
Conduct software testing and ensure quality assurance.
Monitor live networks, identify issues, and perform root cause analysis.
Travel up to 25% across Western Canada to flash firmware and replace modules in the field.
Troubleshoot and make informed decisions on-site, with remote support from our engineering team.
Occasionally work weekends as required by field operations.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Software, Computer, or Electrical Engineering.
Proven experience in embedded software development.
Proficiency in Python and C.
Strong background in real-time embedded systems and firmware development.
Excellent problem-solving skills and customer interaction capabilities.
Willingness to work in diverse environments across Canada and the US.
