As a Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our shop—the key person who connects our customers with our skilled technicians. Your job is to make every interaction a great one. You'll listen to customers, clearly explain what's going on with their vehicle, and make sure they feel confident and informed every step of the way.
To start, you'll have the opportunity to learn the ropes by assisting with tasks like parts and warranty administration and other general office duties. We'll provide all the training you need to grow into a full Service Advisor role.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Listening carefully to what they need and turning that information into clear instructions for our technicians.
Explaining our vehicle inspection findings in a way that's easy for anyone to understand.
Keeping customers updated on their vehicle's status.
Using our modern software to manage appointments, create estimates, and process payments.
Building trust by providing honest advice and answering any questions our customers have.
Working as part of a team with our technicians to keep things running smoothly.
You don't need to be an expert on cars to start. What's most important to us is your attitude and personality.

While you don't need a lot of automotive experience, a basic understanding of how cars work or some background in parts would be a big plus. We will train the right person.
