The Automotive Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. They are responsible for understanding customer concerns, accurately documenting vehicle issues, communicating repair needs, preparing estimates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
In addition, the Service Advisor is responsible for ordering parts, processing warranty claims, and promoting current shop promotions and roadside assistance programs. This role requires strong communication, organization, and customer service skills to maintain trust and satisfaction throughout the repair process.
