Wage: $38 – $43 per hour (based on experience) + comprehensive benefits

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to electrical safety on every project
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Install, maintain, and repair wiring, lighting systems, and control panels
• Install and service standby generators (8kW to 150kW) and EV charging systems
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using testing devices and diagnostic tools
• Inspect components such as breakers, panels, and transformers
• Repair or replace wiring, fixtures, and electrical devices as needed
• Ensure all work complies with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code (OESC) and local regulations
• Lead or assist apprentices on-site and ensure high-quality workmanship
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario 309A Construction & Maintenance Electrician License
• Class G Driver’s License with reliable transportation
• Clean criminal record (background screening required)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
