You'll coordinate pantry line operations, preparing fresh, beautiful dishes while working in harmony with other kitchen stations. Your attention to detail, timing, and consistency ensure every guest's experience starts perfectly.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating pantry line for maximum efficiency
Preparing food according to El Gaucho standards
Following recipes, portions, and timing precisely
Maintaining sanitation and health standards
Coordinating with other kitchen stations
Using supplies responsibly
Contributing to guest satisfaction
Requirements
Minimum 1 year restaurant kitchen experience
High energy and stamina
Dependability and reliability
Excellent coordination
Professional appearance
Flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays
Must be 18 years or older

Compensation: $19/hour
