Hours of Work: Hours of Work: 12-hour rotating shifts – 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off (average 48-hour work weeks).

Position Summary

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Relief position plays a key role in supporting daily operations by providing relief coverage for Section A production jobs and assisting across multiple areas of the manufacturing process.

This position is ideal for a motivated, hands-on individual with strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide relief coverage for Section A production roles as required.
Learn and perform duties across multiple sections (A, B, and C) to support continuous operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company and safety policies.
Participate in on-the-job training and demonstrate proficiency in assigned production tasks.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production and quality goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude (applicants must successfully complete a mechanical aptitude test).
Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills.
Ability to work various shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
Commitment to safety and teamwork in all aspects of work.

Successful candidates will complete a training/trial period to demonstrate sufficient skill and ability in Section A roles. Performance will be evaluated throughout the training process.
