Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

  • Create and manage content across social media, websites, email campaigns, and newsletters.
  • Oversee website updates, SEO, and Google Ads initiatives with vendors.
  • Prepare sales materials and presentations, and coordinate events, outreach, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor marketing performance, employee recognition, and charitable programs
  • Support CRM management, incoming leads, and international agent accounts.
  • Manage the company’s overall online presence.

Administrative & Customer Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for calls and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Manage MLS mail-outs, Broker-of-Record programs, and generate various reports.

Move Coordination

  • Manage the full lifecycle of moves, including removal plans, work orders, storage access, and purchase orders.
  • Provide accurate quotations, schedule appointments, and coordinate move operations efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or administration.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with social media platforms, website management, and SEO is a plus.

Location: 25 Metropolitan Road

Pay: $55,000 – $75,000 based on experience.

Work: Onsite

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Hours: 40 hours/week
