Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Administration:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and candidate management.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies, programs, and training aligned with corporate goals and legal requirements.
  • Manage employment documentation, employee records, and reports.
  • Support conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee terminations.
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Maintain uniform inventory and cash advances.
  • Build partnerships with colleges for co-op and hiring initiatives.

 Health and Safety:

  • Lead the Health and Safety Committee, ensuring compliance and regular communication.
  • Develop and implement safety programs, training, and project-specific safety plans.
  • Conduct site inspections, review incidents, and implement improvement plans.
  • Assist the company on safety matters with employees, clients, and regulatory bodies.
  • Respond to emergencies and promote staff safety awareness.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, hiring, or HR administration.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset

 

Location: 25 Metropolitan Road

Pay: $55,000–$75,000 per year, depending on experience.

Work: Onsite

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Hours: 40 hours/week
