About the Position:

Service Advisors are the heartbeat of our Service Department, creating the kind of standout customer experience that keeps people coming back. You’re the go-to expert and trusted guide, owning every touchpoint between our customers and the service team. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for doing things right, you ensure every repair and maintenance job meets customer expectations, vehicle needs, and Hyundai’s high standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone with professionalism and care
• Create accurate work orders, confirm customer/vehicle info, and obtain signatures
• Complete walk-around inspections with customers
• Book and manage service appointments
• Provide clear updates, timelines, and estimates throughout the repair process
• Support sales of labour, parts, and accessories to meet CSI and dealership goals
• Coordinate payment and smooth vehicle pick-up
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned before delivery
• Maintain accurate records following privacy and dealership procedures
• Explain the Hyundai Canada Survey at pick-up
• Follow up on recommended repairs, no-shows, and rescheduled appointments
• Participate in Hyundai and in-house training
• Build strong, positive customer relationships
