Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Document Review Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will thoroughly review community documents to identify and summarize key information—such as HOA restrictions, financial health, and enforcement posture—and present it in a clear, and easy-to-understand report. Your work will support prospective homeowners and buyers in making informed decisions and help elevate the value real estate agents bring to their clients and listings.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyzing large and complex volumes of text for key information
Verifying documentation accuracy and compliance
Recognizing red flags, inconsistencies, or potential issues
Summarizing key information into reports
Employ creative problem-solving skills to address challenges
Meet required timelines
Take initiative to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Communicate with team members frequently throughout the day
Utilize basic knowledge of Microsoft programs for document management
Demonstrate high levels of written and verbal communication skills
