About the Position

We are seeking a Lot Attendant to support our Sales Department and ensure the smooth flow of daily operations. Reporting to the Sales Managers, the Lot Attendant is responsible for maintaining the appearance, organization, and safety of the lot, showroom vehicles, and dealership grounds. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and upholds Burlington Hyundai’s CORE Values and Vision.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all new and used vehicles
  • Assist Sales Managers with vehicle display and showroom vehicle movement
  • Ensure the front line, demo rows, and used car rows are full, organized, and aligned daily
  • Keep all lots clean, orderly, and well-maintained
  • Wipe down showroom vehicles daily; vacuum as needed; ensure no streaks or smudges
  • Inspect demo and used vehicles daily for interior cleanliness
  • Assist with spot-checking deliveries for cleanliness and readiness
  • Transfer vehicles to offsite locations and complete dealer trades
  • Assist with cleaning sold vehicles when required
  • Take ownership of issues and resolve them promptly
  • Maintain gravel areas in the compound lot
  • Perform snow removal at doorways, walkways, and parking areas; apply salt as needed

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

  • Strong communication and basic computer skills
  • Process-driven, dependable, and punctual

Hours of Work

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Burlington Hyundai operates Monday through Saturday. A minimum of 40 hours per week during general business hours is expected.
