Compensation
During the 2-week training period — and for select activities thereafter (e.g., buyout setup, company meetings) — pay is the applicable location minimum wage of $16.30/hr.
After training, compensation is calculated as a variable base ($1–$16.30/hr) plus 15% commission on individual gross sales, paid entirely to you with no tip pooling, plus any voluntary guest gratuities, also kept in full. The average hourly earnings, including commissions and gratuities, are approximately $55–$70/hr, though this varies based on individual sales and is not guaranteed. In any workweek where base plus commissions fall below minimum wage, you will be paid no less than $16.30/hr.
