 El Gaucho Bellevue is seeking a passionate hospitality leader to join our Fine Dining Manager (Captain) role. The Role

As our Fine Dining Manager (Captain), you'll be the heart of our hospitality experience—a gracious host who anticipates guests and creates an atmosphere where every guest feels genuinely welcomed and cared for. You'll lead by example, overseeing multiple server sections while fostering a culture of warmth, professionalism, and genuine service excellence.

Beyond operational management, you'll be a hospitality ambassador, ensuring that every interaction—from the moment guests arrive to their final farewell—reflects our commitment to making our guests feel special.

Your primary mission: ensure every guest experience is positive, seamless, and unforgettable.

We're Looking For

Experience & Skills:

  • 4-5 years restaurant management experience, preferably fine dining
  • Proven operational leadership in high-pressure environments
  • Expert knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
  • Strong financial management skills (forecasting, cost control)
  • Exceptional multitasking and communication abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional dining etiquette and service standards

Compensation: $38-$40 Hourly/Full-time & Part-time positions Available
