A unique and rewarding position supporting the principles of family business office engaged in direct-to-consumer agriculture, cattle, horses, haying and affiliated real estate and financial services businesses. This job is located on a historic Colorado ranch along the front Range of Colorado only 15 minutes from Castle Rock. We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is a vital support position that provides administrative assistance to senior management, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining the office's smooth operation. 

Responsibilities: The Executive Assistant will be responsible for:  Providing exceptional administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. - Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. - Maintaining office supplies, ensuring the office is organized and tidy, and performing other office management tasks. - Providing customer service and ensuring that all visitors are greeted warmly and efficiently. - Transcribing minutes from meetings, preparing reports, and performing other administrative tasks as needed. - Utilizing Microsoft Outlook to manage calendars, schedule appointments, and send reminders. - Ensuring that all documents are prepared and signed electronically using DocuSign. Most importantly the successful candidate must possess high level of organizational skills the ability to create, use and retrieve information using physical and digital filing systems as well as CRM and be able to document and organize scheduling for management and corporate events and some limited bookkeeping which includes initial input of Accounts Receivable, inventory and cash position for delivery to accounting staff.  Must have high level of integrity and the ability to organize and handle confidential information. Demonstrating strong phone etiquette and being proactive in responding to phone calls and messages. - Managing the office environment and ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning properly.

Skills - Strong administrative background - Excellent customer service skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and MacBook OS operating system and office suite - Experience with office management, Ability to transcribe and create reports - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Proactive and detail-oriented - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
