We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Call Centre team. If you are passionate about horticulture, excel in customer service, and are confident with technology, this seasonal role (April to October) might be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing guidance and directing them to appropriate resources.
  • Accurately process customer phone orders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to enhance the customer experience.
  • Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to update customer records, promote sales, and solicit donations for our annual fundraiser.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, email processing, sign production, and participation in special projects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized Call Centre workspace.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable managing a large volume of outbound sales calls.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is an asset.
  • Reliable transportation is required, as there is no public transit to our location.

Location
We are conveniently situated just north of Calgary, near CrossIron Mills Mall.
