Hiring an Experienced Part-Time Executive Assistant - Long Term Position
Wieser Electric is a small, family and veteran run electrical contracting company based in Ontario, Canada. We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to act as a right hand to our ownership.
About the Role:
This is not a high stress agency role; we are looking for someone long term. We offer stable, long term employment starting as a part-time position at 20 hours per week to start. As our company expands, we expect this role to grow into full-time.
While we offer flexibility regarding your daily schedule, meaning you work at your convenience with the caveat that you may need to be available, only occasionally, for meetings during Eastern Time business hours.
Your Responsibilities:
Managing both owners email inbox and calendar with a high level of intuition and foresight.
Handling various administrative and operational tasks to keep the business running smoothly.
Providing occasional Operational coverage as needed.
What We Are Looking For:
A minimum of three years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is strongly preferred.
Previous experience in the trades or home services industry is a significant asset.
Professional communication skills and a clear, neutral accent for client-facing tasks is a must.
Familiarity with Service Titan or GoHighLevel is a major advantage, so please make sure to highlight any experience you have with these two programs.
