Storage Solutions Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of our storage facility locations across [City, State]. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors throughout the storage facility.
• Empty trash receptacles and recycling bins, adhering to established waste management protocols.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring adequate supplies are stocked.
• Inspect facilities for maintenance issues such as spills, debris, or damaged equipment and report them promptly to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies, and office spaces.
• Assist with occasional minor repairs and upkeep tasks under supervision.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Adhere to company policies regarding equipment usage and maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the efficient operation of the facility.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous janitorial experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Valid Driver's License (preferred, but not required – company vehicle provided).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a warehouse or storage environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to cleaning and maintenance.
• Ability to use floor care equipment effectively.
