We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Agent to join our established team specializing in luxury properties within Colorado. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success selling high-value real estate, leveraging an existing network of clients and contacts to drive sales volume and achieve individual and company goals. This role demands exceptional communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the Colorado luxury market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through proactive prospecting, networking events, and targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct property showings and presentations to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits of luxury properties.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, maintaining regular communication and building strong relationships for ongoing business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of sale with buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable outcomes for our clients.
  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activities within the Colorado luxury real estate sector.
  • Prepare marketing materials, including brochures, listings, and digital content, to effectively showcase properties.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including brokers and support staff, to ensure seamless client service delivery.
  • Adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local real estate laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently licensed as a Real Estate Sales Agent in the State of Colorado, not required
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience successfully selling residential real estate, with a demonstrable focus on luxury properties.
  • Existing portfolio of clients and contacts within the high-end Colorado market is essential.
  • Strong understanding of property valuation techniques and market analysis methodologies.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other real estate technology tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Generate and cultivate new leads through networking, outreach, events, referrals, and follow-up activities
  • Manage incoming inquiries for homesites, custom homes, and community information
  • Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline and CRM system
  • Conduct tours of lots, homesites, and community amenities
  • Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and referral partners
  • Guide buyers through the custom home process from inquiry to contract
  • Coordinate with design, construction, and development teams to maintain project timelines
  • Assist clients with selections, design discussions, and expectation management throughout the building process
  • Follow up consistently to move prospects toward purchase decisions
  • Attend community events, open houses, networking functions, and marketing events
  • Maintain organized records, documentation, and communication logs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with luxury property marketing strategies and branding techniques.
  • Active involvement in local community organizations or associations.
  • Knowledge of specific neighborhoods within Colorado known for luxury properties (e.g., Vail, Aspen, Boulder).
  • Strong sales, customer service, or relationship management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Comfortable learning and discussing construction timelines and homebuilding processes
  • Self-motivated and driven to generate business opportunities
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to close sales
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Real estate license preferred but not required
  • Experience in real estate, homebuilding, construction, interior design, or development sales preferred
  • Working knowledge of custom home construction processes
  • Experience reading floor plans, discussing finishes, or working with design selections is a plus
