Front Desk Host

At El Gaucho Tacoma, our Front Desk Host is often the first and last impression a guest experiences, shaping how every guest remembers their visit with us. This role is rooted in genuine hospitality, a warm smile, a welcoming greeting and the instinct to anticipate what a guest needs before they even ask.

We are looking for someone who takes real pleasure in making people feel cared for and at home. Alongside that warmth, you will help guide the flow of reservations and walk ins, manage guest inquiries by phone and in person, coordinate tables and server rotation, and keep guest information up to date. You will also take and ring in to go orders and handle payment, bringing the same thoughtfulness to every guest touch point.

Compensation: $24 to $26 Hourly, depending on experience
