Caps Plus is a growing, locally owned company specializing in vehicle upfitting, accessories, truck equipment, fleet installations, and custom automotive solutions. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Automotive Service Technician / Mechanic to join our team.

Responsibilities

Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
Install automotive and truck accessories
Install and service lighting, running boards, ladder racks, tonneau covers, trailer hitches, and other vehicle equipment
Complete fleet upfitting and equipment installations
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Qualifications

Automotive Service Technician certification (Red Seal preferred but not required)
Apprentice technicians are encouraged to apply
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Experience with electrical diagnostics and accessory installations is an asset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
