Wieser Electric Ltd. is a locally owned, Veteran owned, and family owned small business. We specialize in Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) installations and are looking for an experienced Office Manager to lead our administrative team. This is a central role responsible for keeping our busy office running smoothly while coordinating between our field crew and management.
Part-Time Role: You will be responsible for assisting a team of four full-time and two part-time office staff. Your day-to-day will involve assisting with office workflows and working closely with our Office Manager, General Manager, Sales staff, and our field team of seven electricians and four apprentices.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 1:00 pm

Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of coordination between the Office Manager and other staff.
Assist with daily office operations, including scheduling, supplies, and administrative systems.
Monitor and maintain administrative KPIs to ensure staff are able to meet their performance targets.
Ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed and updated as needed.
Provide direct support to the Office Manager to ensure projects stay on track.
Qualifications
Solid experience in office administration or clerical.
Proven ability to supervise a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with KPIs and implementing SOPs.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities at once.
A straightforward, proactive approach to problem-solving.
