We are a small company looking for an experienced video editor for contract work. Projects will be assigned individually at first, with potential for more regular work based on fit. This is a role for someone with real editing skill and judgment, not someone relying on AI tools to generate or edit video content.
Responsibilities:
Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos. Work with pacing, colour correction, sound mixing, and transitions to produce a finished product. Take direction and revise based on feedback. Meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
Minimum two years of professional video editing experience. Strong command of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. A sharp eye for storytelling, timing, and visual detail. Ability to work independently on a project basis.
Contract details:
This is contract work. As a small company, our project volume varies, so this suits someone who wants flexible, ongoing contract opportunities rather than fixed hours. We are open to per-video or hourly pricing. Remuneration is subject to discussion based on project scope and experience.
