Welcome To PAC Machinery - Applying For The Inside Sales Position

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for growing a sales territory. This individual will grow the territory through penetration of existing accounts as well as developing new accounts. New accounts will be developed through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, qualification of opportunities and closing. Cold-calls prospects from various lead sources including self-created. Collaborate with sales team to determine necessary strategic sales approaches. Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms and prepare sales order forms/reports. Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base. Coordinate with Customer Service and related departments on new orders, change orders, expedites, cancellations and requests for returns. Assist in communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery commitments are met. Report industry trends, competitive pricing and customer feedback to management. Manage territory through use of CRM software.
