El Gaucho Tacoma Busser
Our bussers are a key part of the guest experience, working closely with servers to keep service smooth and seamless throughout the meal. They welcome guests with water service, keeping refills coming as needed. Between courses, bussers thoughtfully clear plates and utensils, then reset the table so it is fresh and ready. Once guests leave, they clean and reset the table for the next arrival. Bussers also return dirty dishes, utensils, and glassware to the dish area or bar, and may lend a hand serving coffee or tea alongside the service team. They take pride in keeping their workstations clean, organized, and well stocked.
Our bussers help create the kind of genuine, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back, all while supporting a strong team and a great place to work.
Benefits
We also value our team's time off, so we're closed (without pay) on Sundays and Mondays, as well as certain holidays, except for special engagements.
Compensation
Hourly rate: $24 to $28 per hour, depending on experience
