The Sous Chef is a major player in the El Gaucho food service operations. We are seeking a confindent, experienced candidate able to direct and participate in the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods.
An ability to plan and price menu items, inventory and order supplies, in addition to keeping records and accounts. El Gaucho requires a passion for organization of product and production instilling a sense of pride in our work and work spaces.
